The leather is extremely soft and they are so comfortable. The great customer service was awesome. I am so pleased with Zappos and their products.

I ordered a size 11 but they were at least a full size too small. I’m sad because I love the shoes, and 11 is the largest size.

I ordered two sizes as I’ve never worn Miz Mooz shoes. I like the quality. The 8 was definitely too big and my normal size is 7.5 which fit better – but still felt a bit sloppy on my foot. I kept the 3rd pair of shoes which are tight, but are also a soft leather and I prefer to break them and stretch a bit than order another size that’s too big. I like the shoes

I love Miz Mooz, have a pair of boots and i am an 8.5. I thought the price on these were “too good to be true”, and I was right. They ran small for an 8.5 my heel was hanging over too much. Too bad.

I ordered a size 11 and they were so small! I have another pair in gold that I ordered from a different company and the size 11 fit great, so I’m not sure why these are so small.
