I was surprised because out of the box they looked like a child’s shoe. I was certain they would not fit. It tried them on and amazingly they fit like a glove! They are rather expensive, so I guess I’m happy they fit. To sure if they are leather or pleather. The ombré red is pretty. At this price point, I’m hoping leather. The only downside is the fit around the ankle which are not tapered. It’s like a person with no waist—just straight up and down. I suppose I will keep them since good looking red combat boots are really hard to find.
