Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. All returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality and hygiene standards we’re known for, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sandals (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Any items that show signs of wear or damage
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

Return Process

  1. Submit Return Request: Contact our customer care team within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Include the original packing slip and ensure items are in original condition
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns department at the address provided in your authorization email
  5. Processing: Allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once received

Exchange Process

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please indicate your desired exchange item in your return request. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference; if it costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference.

Refund Information

Once we receive and process your return:

  • Refund Time: 5-7 business days for processing plus additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
