Returns & Exchanges

At Miz Mooz, we’re committed to your complete satisfaction. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet these conditions:

  • In original condition – unworn, unwashed
  • Original tags attached
  • Original packaging included
  • Accompanied by original packing slip

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sandals (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

Return Process

  1. Submit Return Request: Contact our customer care team within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Include the original packing slip and ensure items are in original condition
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns department at the address provided
  5. Processing: Allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once received

Exchange Process

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please indicate your desired exchange item in your return request. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference; if it costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference.

Refund Information

Once we receive and process your return:

  • Refund Time: 5-7 business days for processing plus additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
